Privacy Policy

Ash Srivastava, operating as Red Pico Consulting Services Inc. ("Red Pico," "we," "us," "our"), runs The Muse Masterclass at ashsrivastava.com/muse-masterclass (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who handles it, and your choices. We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and we follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

You do not have to give us any personal information. If you choose not to, you can still read the Site, but you cannot reserve a seat.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

- Name and email address. You enter your first name, last name and email on the checkout form. - Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus basic details such as the amount and the email on the payment. - Checkout information before payment. If you enter your name and email on the checkout form but do not finish paying, we keep that information so we can follow up once by email about your seat, as described in section 2. - Messages. If you email us, we keep the message and our reply. - Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and Stripe process things like your IP address, browser type and pages requested so the Site loads, stays secure and prevents fraud. - UPDATED. Website activity data. Analytics tools on the Site may collect information about your visit: pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the page or ad you came from, your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and an online identifier stored in a cookie or similar tool. See section 8.

We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. HOW WE USE IT

- To process your payment and reserve your seat. - To email you your confirmation, the joining link, reminders and any changes to the session. - To send you information about The Muse Masterclass and related offers from Ash Srivastava, including follow-up if you started checkout but did not finish. We send these only with your consent (see section 4). - To answer your questions, handle refunds and fix payment problems. - To keep the Site secure and meet legal and tax obligations. - UPDATED. To understand how people find and use the Site, measure which emails and ads work, improve the Site. With your separate optional Meta advertising consent, to measure advertising and support ad audiences. Google Analytics consent alone never enables Meta.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it.

3. WHO HANDLES YOUR INFORMATION

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

- Stripe, for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy). - Zoho Campaigns (Zoho Corporation), to store our email lists and send our emails (zoho.com/privacy). - Cloudflare, to host and secure the Site (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). - Zoho, which runs the live session. If you join, Zoho receives the data it normally collects for a video call. - Our email provider, for the messages we send and receive. - Analytics providers: Cloudflare Web Analytics is currently present. Google Analytics is enabled only with optional analytics consent. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) is enabled on the landing page only with separate optional advertising consent. LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads tracking are not enabled. Meta may use visit data under its own privacy policy, including linking it to a Meta account and advertising purposes; it is not restricted to acting only as our service provider. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents or payment details to analytics or ad platforms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if the business is sold or reorganized (in which case the buyer must honour this policy).

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country can be accessed by that country's courts and authorities under its laws.

4. EMAIL CONSENT (CASL)

When you give us your name and email on the Site, you consent to Ash Srivastava contacting you by email regarding the information provided. Specifically, that means emails about your seat, the masterclass, and related education and offers from Ash Srivastava.

- Who is sending: Ash Srivastava, Red Pico Consulting Services Inc., 480 Eglinton Ave W, Suite 30, Mississauga, ON L5R 0G2, Canada, support@redpico.com. - Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works. You can also reply or email support@redpico.com and ask to be removed. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, and in practice much faster. - You can withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service emails about a seat you bought, such as the joining link or a schedule change. - We keep a record of when and how you gave consent.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

- Purchase and payment records: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting. - Email list information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We then remove you from active lists, keeping only a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again. - Unfinished checkout information: up to 90 days, then deleted unless you buy. - Emails to us: as long as needed to deal with your question.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You can ask us to: - tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it is used, - correct anything that is wrong, - delete your information, or - stop emailing you.

Email support@redpico.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is you. Some records, such as payment records, we must keep by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

7. SECURITY

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our email lists, and stored credentials kept in secure systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.

8. COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and essential technologies to load the page and process payment securely, including Stripe's fraud-prevention tools. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Google Analytics in Privacy settings.

Meta Pixel advertising is separate and optional. On the landing page, Meta Pixel loads only after you choose Meta advertising and save your choices. It is off by default, and an earlier Google Analytics choice does not enable it. It sends one PageView event to Meta for advertising measurement and ad audiences. Meta receives your IP address, browser/device information and a fixed, clean Muse tracking-page URL. Meta may use identifiers to link a visit to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising under Meta's Privacy Policy. Data may be processed outside Canada, including the United States.

The Meta code runs in a separate sandboxed document without access to checkout forms or the page's contents. The Site does not send names, email addresses, form contents, payment details, query strings or referring-page URLs to Meta. Automatic events, automatic advanced matching and detailed-page/product collection are off. No server-side Conversions API is enabled by this installation.

Use Privacy settings in the landing-page footer to allow or reject each option independently, or withdraw either choice. Both default to off. Your choices are stored in your browser. Rejecting optional tracking does not stop you reserving a seat. Withdrawing Meta consent stops new events on this page and subsequent visits; it cannot recall an event already received by Meta. Browser privacy settings may block optional tracking even when allowed. We do not sell personal information.

Provider choices: Google Analytics opt-out; Meta ad preferences; Canadian interest-based advertising choices. You can also email support@redpico.com for help. LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads tags are not currently enabled.

9. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Site may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn or Stripe. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one. If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will tell you by email before it applies to information you already gave us.

This applies to refunds under the money-back guarantee, if we cancel the session, if a new date or time does not work for you, or if a technical issue on our side stops the session from happening. Stripe does not return that fee to us when we refund a payment. We will tell you the fee deducted and the amount you will receive before we process your refund.

8. INNER CIRCLE (OPTIONAL)

After you reserve a seat you can apply to join the Data & AI Governance Inner Circle. Applying is optional and only tells us you are interested. Membership would be US$49 per month for seminar attendees if eligible, otherwise the regular rate of US$99 per month. The Inner Circle is a monthly subscription. If you cancel, billing will not run in the next cycle. To cancel, email support@redpico.com from the address you used to apply. Separate terms may apply when you join.

9. NO PROMISE OF RESULTS

The class is practical education. It is general information, not legal, financial, tax, employment or career advice. We do not guarantee any job, income, promotion, hiring or business outcome. Results depend on what you do with what you learn. Examples shown in the class are illustrations, not typical results.

10. LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, the class and materials are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer protection rights.
